I can't say enough good things about Billee. We were about to get scammed by Zillow and a mutual friend reminded me that Billee is a real estate agent. We were buying a lot in Lehigh from out of state. She took the time to drive out to one of our prospects and live video so we could see it. She had concerns and likely saved us a lot of misery. There was some complexity with the purchase of the lot we ultimately bought. Billee explained what was not clear and made sure we were 100% confident to proceed. We put our faith in her completely, and it was justified. Her knowledge of the industry and absolute professionalism are exceptional. I can recommend Billee to anyone buying or selling, hands down.
